Achieve the Transgendered form of your dreams

Clothing, makeup & the right accessories are very important to achieving that convincing opposite gender look. However there is nothing that helps like the proper shaping of your body. Yes, achieving that curvy feminine form or that muscular masculine body can be a lot of work, diet, exercise or expensive cosmetic surgery. I know what most of you are thinking, "I don't have the money for surgery or the time to build my body into the shape I need." or even "No amount of dieting will give me the shape I desire." Never fear for there is a simple solution! There is a time honored tradition amongst Transgendered people which has become almost an art form of its own. It is known as STUFFING & PADDING. In this article I will teach you how to stuff & pad yourself to achieve your ultimate form.

--- Male to Female Techniques ---

Breast Padding

It is a good idea to start with a bra. A bra will hold your padding, so it is very important that you get a comfortable in just your size. There are several ways to pad a bra. You can buy things like padded cup inserts which are made of foam rubber & were designed to ad a cup size for a woman's breast & lift her natural breast up to give it a fuller look. There are also silicone inserts which are designed for the same purpose. I don't recommend these if you are flat chested. Push up inserts should only really be used if you have some breast tissue or a really flabby chest. It will help raise up what you have & even form cleavage. If you are completely flat chested you can find full breast inserts! There are foam rubber ones & silicone ones as well. Their prices vary from $30 to $400 a pair. The more realistic they are the more expensive the will be. Of course if you can’t afford to by breast padding I have come across a technique which is inexpensive & reliable. Take 2 un-lubricated condoms. Roll one over the outer skin of the other. Fill the inner one with warm water to the desired size. Tie the end of the inner condom off, but allow room for a bit of expansion. Now tie off the outer condom to & round the breast to your desired shape. Make a second one the same size. That is harder to do then it sounds! Now put each one in a stocking or knee high & tie off the end. Now you are ready to stuff your bra. This will last effectively for 3 months, but I recommend you use them only 3 or 4 times before you make new ones.

Waist Cinching

There are many good waist cinching products on the market. You can buy a waist cinching belt at any drug store which will do the job nicely. You can also purchase girdles & corsets which will which will help thin the waist & give you that great hour glass figure. You can pay anywhere from $35 - $400 for these but they are more than worth it. If you have ever wondered how RuPaul gets that hour glass look, then honey look no further than a good corset!

Hip & Fanny Padding

There are products on the market today which are designed for the sole purpose of padding hips & fannies. If you took my advice above & got a corset then you have already seen the dramatic decrease in the waist & how it has made your hips look wider! You can find pads for the hips made of foam rubber which do a nice job also. For the fanny you can find foam rubber pads which are inserted in your regular panties. There are also panties that lift the buttocks up to round & increase the size of your bum as well as panties that are padded in the rear &/or the sides to increase your fanny. All of these ways are relatively in expensive & run no higher than $50 usually.

A Quick Note

All of these techniques can leave unsightly lines or creases under a dress or spandex outfit. I recommend you put some sort of body stocking or slip to smooth out any unwanted padding lines. You can order all of these items from Transgendered friendly stores like Wild side or Frederick's of Hollywood . You can also look at the stores in your local mall like Cotton Ginny plus Intimates.

---Female to Male Techniques ---

Shoulder Padding

Shoulder pads are prevalent in almost all women's clothing so they are very easily acquired. You can get sew in types from any fabric store which are well padded, but a lot of work to sew in to every shirt you own. I recommend of all of them that you get a well rounded foam rubber pair. These will give you a good natural shouldered look. The best I have found to date are the Cotton Ginny ones. They are a great natural looking pair. A word of advice to those who have average to big shoulders, don't use them! They will only make you look like you are using football pads.

Chest Cinching

There really isn't an effective chest cincher. You can purchase a waist cinching belt & wear it around the chest. This works very well. But if your in a pinch, you can always try a proven technique! Take an ordinary terry cloth towel, wrap it around your chest & pin it tight. Now take some duct tape & start to wrap it around the towel, incasing the towel in tape, in effect mummifying your chest, & flattening your breasts. This is a technique used by a female to male transsexual I saw on Sally.

Hip & Fanny Flattening

A good pair of men's jeans will work best in this case. They will flatten the hips a bit & will give a wider leg look that will give you a more natural male form. But if you're in a situation which requires you to be in less casual dress then try using a waist cinching belt around your hips & fanny. There is a Playtex hip & fanny cinching panty which is available BUT it still goes for a more feminine shape to your behind.

I hope that from one or more of these techniques & recommendations, you will be able to find one that helps you to achieve the Transgendered form of your dreams.
